SleepMaster
Introduction
SleepMaster is another thing you have to take with you for sleep.
It intellegently distinguishes dream-talking, snoring and coughing during your sleep, and it detects bed movement for turn-overs. It memorizes your sleep period together with time couting for talk, snore and cough. It saves your dream talk thus you can see how amazingly you perform on your dreamland.
It is accurate in time unit of a second. The recorded data is saved into an advanced database. The sleeping data are organized in a day to day basis. So you can turn on this app even for your noon snap, the database will automatically accumulate your snap time into proper record of the same day. All the data are manageable by the user: you can browse, draw, listen and delete them. [And optionally backup to an email account. (this feature is under development)] [The audio level and turn-over thresholds can be calibrated, so you can bring it with you everywhere you go (business trips, travelling, etc.) this feature is underdevelopment]

Sleeper User’s Manual
Though it is equipped with several functionalities, Sleeper is still very easy to use.
Simply: you press “start”, you go sleep. you snore and you talk. then you wake up, unlock the device, press “analyse” then “save record”.
That’s it. When nenver you need sleep data, check the “database” view or the “statistics” view.

sleep analysis: please take your iPhone to your bed, turn on Sleeper and press “start” button. put the device as close to your head as possible, it is recommended that the device was put on the same bed as you sleep, but don’t worry, it works well if it is 1-2meters away. enjoy your sleep and it will automatically measure your sleep status. It also works when the device is locked and our low power computation technology ensures minimal power consumption during the night. Upon your wake-up, please un-lock the device and press “analyze” button. You will be prompted with a window showing how many hours you slept and how much snore, talk, turn overs you did. You can select cancel to ignore the data, or “save record” to your sleep database. If you set “record dream talk” “ON” on the settings page, a period of your dream talk is also recorded.

data view: you can switch to the “statistics” or “database” tabs to review the data. The “database” shows a list of all your sleep records, while the “statistics” shows in a more vivid way: you can easily see the monthly sleep curve, together with snore, talking, etc curves. On the “database” view, if there’s an item shows a speaker icon, you can press it to listen to the audio that were recorded. You can tap the right arrow button to check the detailed data of that record. If you find one item contains bad data (for example, that night there was much noise from neighbor’s dog) you can slide on that item and choose to delete the record. CAUTION: undo is not supported in current version, be careful when delete.

settings: you can select to record the dream talk or not, on the settings page. More over, you could decide how many seconds to record per night, from 10seconds up to 30 seconds. Please note that 30 seconds recording may occupy about 500kbyte disk space.

Tips
– it is highly recommended that the iPhone FLIGHT mode is switched on. This ensures you a sound sleep and reduces the radiations.
– you get up at night? no problem, you can “pause” the application. The buttons are specifically designed to be easily identified by your sleepy eyes at night. “resume” after you return to your bed. This is one of the reason we call this app accurate.
– slide on a record to remove it if it contains bad data (that could be caused by the noise from your neighbor’s dog).
